Great value for the services received. My appraisal was delivered on time, extremely detailed at a very fair price. The appraisal is professionally formatted and I have no doubt will be accepted by any adjuster when the time arrives. They also offered additional insight and advice after our business concluded. Gabriel was just as professional as I could have asked for. He was always responsive from our initial contact all the way till the moment of payment and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the rugs we were selling. Excellent service, very professional and thorough. Mr. Chalkon had little to go on and I know that my rug was a bit unusual. I would use his services again (and probably will!) and would certainly recommend him to a friend or anyone who is looking for a serious, profession, and, most of all, OBJECTIVE, rug appraisal. You will not only learn what your rug is worth but where and when it was made. This information allows you to verify the validity of the appraisal.

I want to let you know that my Serapi rug has been sold to a dealer I came across at an antiques show this past weekend when we were shopping for various things. Mentioned the rug to them in conversation and they expressed strong interest. They looked at the rug yesterday and bought it. It was a case of being in the right place at the right time. Anyway, thanks for all your help and guidance and will contact you in the future if I decide to part with some other rugs.

I requested an appraisal for a lovely old Afghan rug I had inherited from my father. After reviewing my options, I chose to have Serurs conduct an assessment. As requested, I supplied a array of pictures, both close-up and whole rug, along with as much history as I knew personally about this family piece, and received my appraisal within a few days.
